How to use the Accessibility Options in XP and Vista operating systemsThis web site is organized by color-coded section tabs with control panel accessibility categories for Keyboard, Sound, Display, and Mouse and shows keyboard shortcuts if the features have them. Most accessibility features in the Microsoft Windows XP and Vista operating systems can be accessed by first clicking on an icon in the system’s control panel. |

In Vista: click on the “Ease of Access” icon. |
XP and Vista also offer some accessibility utilities; Magnifier, Narrator, On-screen Keyboard, and (in Vista only) Speech Recognition. These utilities do not have direct keyboard shortcuts but can be activated by using the Utility Manager (Windows logo key+U) or by finding them in the start menu under Accessibility. |
