I would like to know if there are certain things, drinks, foods or habits to avoid not to increase the symptoms and get the attacks worse, and vise versa... Thanks

    Hello,

While there isn't any diet that has been approved to help treat MS, avoiding smoking is highly recommended per multiple NIH studies. You can read more about diet here: Diet. Vitamin D has been found to be important for those living with MS as well: Vitamin D. If you have questions, please call 1-800-344-4867.

    Warm Regards,
