There are two that I know of. Walk Aid and Bioness. They both work the same. I tried the Bioness, but the nerve in my leg is too hyper-sensitive, so I didn't have consistent results. I don't know about insurance in Italy, but most insurances here in the U.S. won't cover it. They can cost around $1,500. Talk to your neurologist or look them up on the Internet and contact them. If you get it you'll need a therapist or someone who knows how to fit you and program it specifically for you.

I did go to a rehab facility for several weeks to "practice" with it.  We bought it hoping for the best, but as it turned out, it didn't work for me.  Now I have it sitting in the corner collecting dust.  The problem is, each person has to be specifically fitted and tested for it, so I can't sell it to anyone.  I wish I could offer some help.  Best of luck!
