I thought you said 1200mlg. I should take one in the morning and one in the afternoon instead of both at once. And I did get the b12 as well.

The doc told me to take 600 mg once a day for the alpha lipoic acid,.  to take the B12 twice a week.

There is a research project going on somewhere to see what the benefits are for persons with ms to take the alpha lipoic acid. I am wondering out loud if the doc gives you are prescription for the stuff will the insurance company pay for it?  One advantage of taking supplements is - you dont have to deal with an insurance company - the disadvantage is the out of pocket expense, think of it as a steak, giggle.

Easier and cheaper to take the over the counter ones in the end. I think with delivery I spent $32. For both the b12 and the alpha lipoic acid. I could have gotten it cheaper through walmart after all though.

Hey Echo where did you order them from? Sometimes they cost more because the quality is better
