i was 33. 20 years now. kind of a mixed bag. i've only had about 5 relapses that rendered me bed bound, wheelchair bound and incontinent. most just a few days- pills and huge bags of ice, maybe 2 or 3 a month as long as i don't overdue it walking.

it was miserable with 10 months of blizzards. i could move around better in the dakotas and nebraska. texas- the heat just about killed me. i guess - 30 keep the swelling down? i guess man? heat and especially humidity was a killer for my body.
