I recently got married to a wonderful women who supports me, understands me, and we have an incredible relationship. She is very perceptive of my MS symptoms and helps me recognize when I need to rest or may need a little help. We make a good team and I'm fortunate to have her in my life!
Adjusting to the changes that life with MS brings...learning to control my MS so it doesn't control me...I'm not quite there yet, but I'm working on it...
I started having symptoms in 2000 but was not diagnosed until 2008...doctors always treated the symptoms but never looked for what was causing them.
I've been on COPAXONE from 2008-11, and changed to Techfidera when it became available. I have found that managing my MS symptoms by following an MS DIET, EXERCISING, and SLEEPING WELL make me feel the best I can!

the courage to change the things I can, and
the wisdom to know the difference."
