My Story 0 Appreciate this

I am a 25 year old female, 1 year postpartum-- and within this time I have started to experience symptoms that when searched through databases I can only seem to bring up MS, and a brain tumor (which I am not to concerned about). I have visited my PCP who has set me up with two specialists, for my hearing (not volume or pitch, but loss of correct auditory processing), and my nystagmus in both of my eyes which throw themselves back and forth in my head at least once a day. It's hard for me to admit the fact that I didn't bring up all my concerns in his office, because from the beginning he seemed to have written me off. I have also been experiencing aside from these two symptoms a loss of certain cognitive function, I have been driving on roads I have been using almost all of my life and will become slightly disoriented and forget where I even am, episodes only last for a limited amount of time, but it's definitely scary to say the least. Another issue that has just started in the last week is constant twitching of my upper lip, and within the last month a feeling of having a lump in my throat that I am trying to swallow through. I am posting in here to see if any of this even adds up to MS, because my symptoms seem to be all of the non-traditional sort. I seem to have normal control and feeling in my limbs, and no stiffness at all. I just want to see if I am even on the correct track, and if not a slap back to reality so, I can find a dr to actually help me rather than write me off with glasses and another hearing test.
