My Story 0 Appreciate this

MS starting affecting me in 2016, but it wasn't until 2018 that it got serious. I noticed that I was having numbness and weakness in my legs and torso. From there I was eventually diagnosed with MS! My biggest challenge is learning to live with the condition. I am a personal trainer and it can be discouraging when I feel like I'm not strong enough to exercise and workout. I hope to one day be symptom free and be able to live my life however I wish! I would tell someone who is new to MS that it is not a death sentence and life can be just as or more fulfilling than any "normal" person.
