In the spring of 2018 my doctor ordered an MRI just to check on a increase in frequency of headaches. They saw lesions on my brain that were highly suggesting of MS. Neck MRI was normal. Had a spinal tap/lumbar puncture done which also came back positive for signs of MS. At that point, doctor said we would watch closely.
Several months after my first MRI, I had a follow up. That was stable, but the doctor was concerned about some possible symptoms (vision shakiness). She now believes I fall into the Clinically Isolated Syndrome category, and I will be beginning treatment.
