I was diagnosed with RRMS in 1972 at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN at the age of 12. After menopause my MS has steadily become worse. I transitioned to SPMS around 2012. I continue to get as much exercise as I can, walking, swimming, low impact Aerobics, Tai chi, Yoga. Anything I think I can do that will give me more stength and slow down this progression.
