My Story 0 Appreciate this

I was diagnosed just 2 months after my first noticeable physical symptoms showed themselves. It was a Tuesday, and my toes were tingling..in just 2 days I was numb and tingling from my waist down. By the time I got to see my neurologist, which was almost a month after it had started the symptom started going away. So he just wanted to wait and see what it was going to do and told me to come back in 2 months. Only a week after I was there the buzzing started in my legs along with the lermittes sign. So he ordered an MRI and I had 2 lesions on my brain and one on my spine. I was put in the hospital for a five day steroid infusion and a LP. I was better for about a week after the steroids..Then I started having pain in my legs with cramps and weakness..Which brings me to today I am waiting to start Rebif and with high hopes getting some relief as this has been non stop since the word go..I also just started having a lot of pain behind my right eye so we shall see what that does. I am a stay at home mom of a beautiful 2 year old, and a wonderful husband. I just hate being tired all the time and not being able to do as much as I used to. I have told myself from day one that it could be worse, I have seen many friends and family go through some terrible diseases so I try to be thankful, but it is very hard some days. I refuse to let this take over my life, my family needs me and I will do any and everything to be as healthy as I can for them, I am ready to fight!
