My Story 0 Appreciate this

I always suffered with migraines all my life. They were not a regular thing, maybe 2,3 times a year but when i did experience one,i would get the feelings of numbness, blinding pain and blurred vision. It wasnt until last May I experienced a migraine that entailed the loss of feeling in my right arm and hand. I was sent for an MRI and sure enough, a week later, I was diagnosed with the early stages of Multple Sclerosis. Although I was told I should start treatment straightaway, I did not, thinking it was going to affect day to day life, college, work and all that jazz. Up until about 3 weeks ago,I had not experienced a migraine or a 'relapse'. However, fatigue started taking over and just last week I had my first migraine in 7 months. Along with that, the hearing in my right ear is going a bit odd. Because of this, I will be starting treatment in 2 weeks time!! I am a positive person, and I know this is a challenge but you cant predict the future!!It'll be grand :) x
