Hello MSWARRIORLV, Thanks for your message. I struggle to get my feet out the door, however I love feeling like I accomplished a task that can be challenging at times.  I got a rescue dog that is a great walking buddy. Tried running with him but he needs more practice (trips me). I am at the end of a 7 week relaspe and feeling up for the challenge to keep up with you haha.  Thanks for creating this group, I can use the encouragement to get my feet busy. Enjoy and thanks, Ally

Time to push myself out of the house and get some fresh air.. Every morning for the past 2 months I started getting out and walking/jogging for a 30mins to an hour. It has made me feel a lot better since I started. There are many health benifits to walking, such as it boosts your vitamin D levels (which I heard is very good for MS), it gives you great energy, and most of all makes you happy :) Hope everyone has an awesome day!
